  • Do I have to pick my class sessions ahead of time?
    No, you are not required to pick your class sessions ahead of time, but it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Some classes and workshops may have limited capacities and by picking your session ahead of time, you ensure your spot in the class. You can see a full list of classes HERE.
  • What is WEMSA's Cancellation Policy?
    All cancellations or refunds will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee of the total canceled registration or the amount being refunded for changed registrations. Registration changes will be at the pricing based on the date of the registration or registration change. All cancellations and/ or refunds must be submitted in writing to wemsa@wisconsinems.com for processing. No refunds will be provided after December 31, 2024. You may transfer your conference registration to another unregistered individual. Please contact wemsa@wisconsinems.com and include the name and email address of the person replacing you if this is an option you would like to pursue!
  • Are meals included with my registration and when are they?
    Breakfast A light breakfast of muffins, fruit, yogurt etc. and coffee will be provided every morning for all attendees and speakers. Most of the hotels also provide a continental breakfast. Lunch Lunch will be provided for all attendees and speakers, and will be served buffet style. Exhibitors will be provided with a set amount of lunch tickets. Ceremony Guests and Expo Pass ONLY individuals will not be provided lunch, but lunch can be purchased at the line. View the times and locations for lunch each day below: Tuesday (1/21): 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Hall C Wednesday (1/22): 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Hall C Thursday (1/23): 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, Expo Hall Friday (1/24): 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, Expo Hall Dinner Dinner will NOT be provided for any day.   • What is the dress code for the Conference?
    Daily conference attire is casual to business casual for our attendees. Please dress however you feel comfortable, however coconuts and a hula skirt are not recommended as it is February in Wisconsin! 😄 We do recommend attendees to bring layers, as room temperatures may fluctuate. We will have an area set aside to hang your coat that will be located near the registration desk on the lower level of the Resch Expo. However, please note that this coat racks will not be staffed. Neither the Wisconsin EMS Association nor the Resch Expo are liable for any missing items. Please leave all valuables in your hotel room, on your person, or at home!
  • When is the WEMSA 2024 Excellence in Service Awards Ceremony?
    The Excellence in Service Awards will be given out at 4:00 PM Thursday (1/23) in Hall C before the Keynote by Dr. Raphael Barishansky. Awardees are allowed to bring guests with them to attend the Awards Ceremony and those guests may register here.
  • Will the facility have Public Wi-Fi?
    Public Wi-Fi or wireless internet access is available in the Resch Expo. The Wi-Fi is called "Resch Expo" and there is no password required to access it.
  • Where do I book my hotel?

  • Where will the WEMSA 25 Conference be held?

  • When is the WEMSA 25 Conference?
    The WEMSA 25 Conference is being held January 21st - 24th. Classes are held all four days and the Expo will open Wednesday evening (January 22) and close Friday afternoon. The 2025 Student Day, a dedicated day for high schoolers interested in EMS or other health careers will be Friday, January 24th.
  • When will the Conference Registration Desk be open?
    The Registration Desk will be located in the lower level of the Resch Expo. Please stop by to pick up your name badge and your attendee bag. Registration Desk hours are as follows: Mon, Jan 30th: 3:00pm - 6:00pm Tues, Jan 31st: 7:00am - 4:30pm Wed, Feb 1st: 7:00am - 6:00pm Thurs, Feb 2nd: 7:00am - 4:00pm Fri, Feb 3rd: 7:00am - 2:00pm
  • Can I bring my pet, spouse, child, or guest?
    To maintain a professional and focused environment, our conference is open only to registered attendees. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it helps us ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. However, we recognize the essential role of service animals and warmly welcome them to assist our attendees as needed.
  • Where should I park and will I need to pay for parking?
    Parking is free! Please park in Lambeau Field Lot 1 or the Blue Lot. Exhibitors should park behind the building again in the Silver Lot with overflow to Lambeau.
  • What will the weather be like at the Conference?
    Cold! But you can view the current local weather here.
  • I have downloaded the Attendee Mobile App, what do I do now?
    Once downloaded, open the app and search for “WEMSA 2025” in the event name field. Click on the event to enter the Event Dashboard. Click the ☰ in the right hand corner, and log into your account. Use the same email and password you used to register for the conference. Voilà! You are now able to access all of the information the app is able to offer you!
  • How do I download the App?
    Please download the app by searching for "Attendee Mobile" in either the Google Play Store or the Apple Store. Mobile App OS Requirements iOS: 14.0 or later; compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch Android: 10 and up
  • How do I add/remove sessions to/from My Agenda?
    You must be logged into your account in order to access and change your Agenda. All Selected Sessions will display in My Agenda To Add a Session: Browse Schedule and select a Session Tap session Tap clock icon (lower right) Tap Add to My Agenda + To Remove a Session: Browse your class selections in My Agenda Tap the clock icon (lower right) Tap Remove from My Agenda - Note: Multiple sessions can not be selected in the same time slot Keynotes and evening events will be pre-populated in your schedule While session selection is not required for most classes, it is HIGHLY recommended to secure your spot AND workshops with limited capacities will only accept those who have pre-selected those classes.
  • Why should I download the App?
    In the app, you can: Browse, search and filter the Full Conference Session List from Schedule View your own Session Selections from My Agenda Access Class Surveys View the full list of Speakers and Sponsors Add/remove sessions to/from My Agenda Receive Notifications about classes starting, events, lunch, and various other important tidbits!
  • How do I ensure that I am eligible for CEU credits for these classes?
    In order to receive credit for classes, per CAPCE requirements, you MUST be scanned into each session you attend, attend a majority of the class time, and complete the follow-up survey for each session. Volunteers will be scanning everyone into classes by scanning the QR Code that will be on your badge.
  • Are there CE credits offered for attending these classes?
    Yes! A majority of the classes being held at the WEMSA 25 Conference are CAPCE accredited which is a nationally recognized and accepted by the state of Wisconsin towards your license renewal.
