The Wisconsin EMS Association (WEMSA) Conference & Expo is one of the largest and most influential EMS gatherings in the Midwest, bringing together thousands of EMS professionals, educators, and industry leaders for an unparalleled learning experience. We are now accepting speaker proposals for WEMSA 2026, taking place February 3rd - 6th, 2026, at the Resch Expo in Green Bay, WI. Whether you're an EMS provider, educator, researcher, or industry expert, this is your opportunity to share your knowledge, inspire others, and contribute to the advancement of EMS.

We also value topic proposals to review fundamentals and ensure that all professionals are able to revisit topics they have not had the chance to practice in a while. Topics may include:

  • Submission Instructions: Please complete the online submission form at the link below. It will ask you to sign into JotForm, the platform our application software is through. Each proposal must be submitted separately. Ensure all required fields are completed accurately.
